I used the Mars 4 DLP and Saturn 4 Ultra in my GCSE 3D Design research and development, alongside Fusion 360 and TechSoft 2D Design. I achieved a grade 9 in the course.
My first resin-printing setup.
Expanded my resin-prototyping setup.
A later expansion into FDM printing, after GCSE.
SolidWorks jigs developed from printed prototype to release for CNC manufacture.
Modelled after learning SolidWorks by reverse-engineering a physical component with vernier calipers. The 3D-printed prototype was checked against the real production equipment in the cleanroom, refined, then released to the machine shop.
